Guernsey won the trophy with 245 to Jersey's 173 points but our swimmers gave of their best and we came away with several pbs and three new records:

Girls 14/15 100m Backstroke 1:07:48 - Kerrie Smith

Girls 14/15 200m Freestyle Relay 1:55:71

Girls 14/15 200m Medley Relay 2:10:91

Even though it was disappointing to lose, the trip was worth while in that it gave the younger swimmers the experience of competing for their Island and mixing with the different age groups.  By being with the older swimmers, they will have seen the standard and commitment required which will hopefully inspire them continue to work hard at their sport.
